Squash Tournament/Fitness Week/Dance Classes to raise awareness and help 75000 Canadians suffering from MS

Submitted by Daniel on Thu, 2006-08-31 01:51.

For many years now, my brother Darko has been volunteering his time for a great cause: Multiple Sclerosis Society charity Bike Tours.

Besides creating an opportunity for us to join his MS Bike Team, he is also motivating us to live healthier and have fun doing it, by organizing additional activities like dance classes, squash tournaments and free gym passes!

Here is Darko's message for this year:

MS SocietyDear Colleagues,

Throughout August and September we are organizing several events to raise awareness and funds in support of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society of Canada.

MS is the most common disease of the nervous system, which affects more than 75,000 Canadians.

Please consider participating in one or more of the following:

Squash tournament/Fitness Week/Dance Classes (Aug 31 - Sep 28)

  • Squash Tournament: Aug 31, 5:30pm - 8:00pm at The Wellington Club (York & Wellington)
  • Ballroom and Latin Dance Classes: Sep 7, 14, 21, 28, 5:30pm - 6:20pm at The Wellington Club Open
  • Open Fitness Week: Aug 31 - Sep 7 at The Sports Clubs of Canada (The Plaza Club).
